For added peace of mind, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout — highly recommended, especially for high-value luxury items. Depending on the order value and destination, packages will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. All orders include tracking information once dispatched. We proudly ship anywhere within the United States, including U.S. territories. At this time, international shipping is not available. However, we look forward to expanding worldwide soon.

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, in the rare and unlikely event that an item is proven to be inauthentic, we will honor a full refund.

To qualify for an authenticity claim:

  • The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
  • The claim must be supported by written documentation from a reputable third-party authentication service approved by us.
  • The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Every item is carefully inspected and verified before being offered for sale. We take authenticity very seriously and stand behind every piece we curate.

Most items include their original certification when available. In addition, some pieces also include third-party authentication certificates from recognized authentication services.

If a specific item does not include a certificate and you would like one issued, we can arrange a professional third-party authentication for a small additional fee prior to shipment.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (pre-owned and luxury designer items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.
