Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (pre-owned and luxury designer items), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing. If you need additional pictures or information, we are happy to provide them prior to checkout.
At The Vault Deals, authenticity is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale. We stand behind the integrity of every piece we curate. However, in the unlikely event that an item purchased from us is professionally determined to be not authentic, we will:
• Require written verification from a recognized third-party authentication service
• Conduct our own internal review
• Upon confirmation, issue a full refund of the purchase price
The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.

Conditions for Authenticity Claims
To protect both parties:
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The item must not have been altered, repaired, or damaged
• All original packaging (dust bag, COA, box if included) must be returned
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if:
• The authentication source is not reputable
• The item returned is not the exact item shipped
• There are signs of tampering or switching
